What We Do

· Discreet Personal Consultation;

· Explanation of our services, representation and fees;

· Review of permit requirements for compliance in specific municipality for your job(s);

· Completion of Applications and Forms as required;

· Arranging outside pre-inspections, such as Rodent Inspections, Septic Inspections, etc.;

· Submittal of documents to appropriate municipality;

· In-house tracking and permit history;

· Periodic follow up with the Building Authority for approval status updates;

· Retrieve and communicate red-line comments or denials for permit revisions;

· Weekly updates via email or person to person contact regarding the progress of your job order;

· Diligence in every effort to obtain/expedite approvals for your job order*;

· Pay for approved plans with your company check or accepted form of payment; pick up and delivery;

· Other services as required regarding community development, etc.

*The Building Authority shall have full and total control regarding their office policies and procedures therefore, no promises are made that your permit can be obtained any faster but every effort will be exhausted to deliver all permit orders in a reasonable and timely manner.
